The employer is responsible for the condition of occupational health and safety and work hygiene in the place of work — Article 207 (1) of the Labour Code

We want to help you in fulfilment of this (and other) statutory obligations in the area of Occupational Health and Safety and fire protection. Please remember that if you employ fewer than 100 people you are not required to employ an expert in the area of Occupational Health and Safety! You can outsource this service.

1. Maintaining documentation connected with Occupational Health and Safety and fire protection.
2. Identification and analysis of professional threats and assessment of risk connected with these threats (with the Risk Score method or according to PN-N18002.) We would like to remind you that the obligation to conduct professional risk assessment is necessary for every position — Article 226 of the Labour Code.

5. Preparing job instructions and instructions for safe operation of machines and equipment.
6. Supervising and ordering measurement of harmful and burdensome work conditions.
7. Control of validity of medical examinations and Occupational Health and Safety training sessions and their organization.
8. Preparing post-accident documentation:
- protocol of circumstances and causes of accidents at work,
- statistical sheet of accidents at work,
- record of accidents on the way to and from work.
9. Comprehensive assessment of the condition of Occupational Health and Safety in the company.
10. Supervising and managing affairs in the area of fire protection, technical inspections, legalization of handheld fire extinguishing equipment.
